Cary is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Cary follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

“The hotel serves an excellent, piping-hot breakfast. They prepare it exactly the way you want it.” “I don’t eat meat, so they thoroughly cleaned the grill/cooking surface with water before preparing my food. They cleaned it completely and then made my meal separately.”

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Little Deer, who worked the breakfast shift at the Embassy. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Her customer service was truly wonderful. I normally don’t write reviews, but her sweetness, friendliness, and genuine care made such an impression that I felt I had to share it. She made my morning better just by being herself. Thank you, Little Deer, for being so nice and for the amazing service. Warm regards, Renika

Stayed at Embassy Suites RDU Airport. My second time this month, was here on a work trip. Very close proximity to the airport, less than a 10 min drive. Free shuttle service to and from the airport. When you’re on a short layover and don’t have much time it’s perfect. The rooms are clean and decent. The best part of my stay was the amazing staff, Kevin Jo checked us in, greeted us, made us feel welcomed, one of the best customer service I ever had in a hotel. The staff at Breakfast was exceptional, from Ruenaumete the chef, she made my sunny side up eggs with love. It was great to watch her cook those omelets, it takes talent to plate and deliver 4 plates at once only using her hands, never seen that before. Liliana and Amina were amazing. Every time I come here I see them working the breakfast station and they are always helpful, friendly, willing to go the extra mile. I travel a lot for work and stay at countless hotels, your staff here has one of the best customer service experience I have ever received.
